Our Story

Nicole Best (the “Cole” in Cole’s Cookies) started baking with her Mom & Grandma as a toddler & has continued to bake today. While living in Covid-Era Canada for 6 months, she started making cookies for the Hamilton Tigercats Offensive Line after each Canadian Football League Victory. The team made it to The Grey Cup - the CFL Championship! Meaning, her cookies are good luck!

In 2022, she launched Cole’s Cookies from her 850sqft condo in Birmingham, Alabama & in 2023, moved the business to Fort Worth, Texas.

Cole’s Cookies operates out of Fort Worth, Texas and covers the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
